Terms

Last updated 9 November 2026

These terms apply when you order from cocoaserif.in, run by Cocoa Serif, a sole proprietorship of Isha Sabharwal.

Orders

An order is confirmed once it's paid and we've confirmed it on WhatsApp. We bake in limited batches, so we may decline an order if a Saturday is full; you'll get a full refund if that happens.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees. Delivery within Delhi NCR is ₹149 per order. We may change prices for future orders, never for one you've already paid for.

Food and allergies

Our cookie contains wheat (gluten), milk, hazelnut and soy, and is made in a kitchen that handles these. It's eggless. Please read the ingredients before ordering if you have an allergy. Keep it in the fridge and eat it within 7 days.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

See our delivery policy and refund and cancellation policy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Our content

The Cocoa Serif name, logo, photos and text on this website belong to us. Please don't reuse them without asking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be handled by the courts in Delhi.
