Refunds & cancellations

Everything is baked to order, so the Friday 11 pm cut-off matters.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before Friday 11 pm for a full refund. Message us on WhatsApp (98704 01833, messages only) with your name and order details.

After Friday 11 pm your cookie is already being made, so we can't cancel or refund it.

Changing an order

You can change the size, quantity, address or card note until Friday 11 pm.

If something is wrong

If your tin arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp (98704 01833, messages only) within 2 hours of delivery. We'll look into it and replace it on the next Saturday or refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval.
